摘　　要：对河南省黄淮四市相对贫困问题进行了研究,分析了黄淮四市相对贫困的现状、特征及原因,并针对性地提出了相应地对策和建议。The relative poverty problems of the Huang - Huai four cities in Henan province were studied here. The current status, characteristics and reasons for the relative poverty in these four cities were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and sug- gestions were put forward for future development.
