摘 要:本文叙述了 Al- Li合金光谱分析用标准样品的制备过程和定值结果。在制备过程中 ,采用了先进的氩气保护、新型熔剂覆盖技术防止锂元素的烧损 ;首创了“间歇式半连续铸造法”、“分步调整成分法”等先进的工艺 ,解决了 Al- L i标样铸锭不易成形、成分易偏析等技术难关 ;最后采用多家协作分析定值法和科学的数理统计方法对数据处理给出定值结果和不确定度。本标准样品制备成功 ,填补了国内无 Al- L i合金标样的空白 ,可替代同类进口标样。比对实验结果表明本标样的主要特性指标已达到或超过俄罗斯标样水平 。The preparation and evaluation of spectral Al\|Li alloy reference material were described.During preparation,advanced argon protection technique and new flux covering technique were used to prevent burning loss of lithium.Advanced processes such as ″intermittent semi continuous casting″ and ″step by step adjusting composition″ were used to solve key technique problems.Evaluation and undefined degree were given by multi factory cooperation analysis and mathematical statistics.The successful preparation of this material filled the gap that there was no Al Li alloy reference material before in China.This material is able to take the place of imported one.A comparison test between this material and Russian equivalent shows that main features of this material are identical or even better than those of Russian.Al Li alloy reference material was appraised by ministry department.
