摘　　要：长期以来外轮船东总是将船舶修理周期压缩到最短,如何提高外轮修理效率,是各修船厂面临的一个严峻问题。文章通过对各修理过程的分析,提出提高劳动生产率、加强船厂内部协调、采用先进的生产方式与管理方法、加强修船现场管理是提高外轮修理效率的十分重要的途径。For a long time, foreign ship owners always try to reduce ship-repair periods as soon as possible. How to improve efficiency is a serious problem for all shipyards. This paper analyses every repair process and pro- poses to improve efficiency by raising labor efficiency, strengthening internal coordinating, adopting advanced modes for production and management, and enhancing management to ship-repair sites. These are very important approaches to improve repair efficiency of foreign ships.
