摘　　要：磨损颗粒分析仪LNF(Laser Net Fines)是一种兼具颗粒计数和颗粒形状分类功能的新型油液测试分析仪器。通过对不同液压油样品进行测试后发现,LNF可以快速、准确地进行油液磨粒测试;运用摇匀器摇匀样品的方式可提高测试数据的重复性;消泡时间对测试数据影响不大。LNF （ Laser Net Fines） is a new kind of hydraulic oil-test analyzer with both functions for granule counting and granule shape-sorting. Through tests to different oil samples, LNF is found capable to give oil abra- sive grain test rapidly and accurately. Samples shaken by shaker raise the repetition of the testing data with less in- fluence from antibubbling time.
