摘　　要：模具通过表面的强化处理能够大幅增加模具的表面硬度、耐磨损性能,从而大大延长模具的使用寿命。本文通过对典型的模具表面强化处理工艺TD、DLC、TiN等几种工艺原理、性能特点,选择原则等介绍,为选择合适的表面处理方法提供了参考。The stamping die through the surface strengthening treatment can substantially increase the mold surface hardness, abrasion resistance, increase the service life of die.
