摘　　要：修改后的《刑事诉讼法》对人权保障、证据收集、律师辩护、侦查措施、强制措施、监督制度等原则规定进行了较大幅度的修改和完善,这些变化对今后公安机关执法办案可谓影响深远。随着铁路司法体制改革的深入推进,铁路公安机关面临如何应对这些新变化、新规定、新要求、新标准,依法行使侦查权,适应新形势下刑事侦查工作的挑战。The revised Law of Criminal Procedure have a lot of revision and improvement over the principles including the guarantee of human rights, the collection of evidence, the defense of attorneys, investigation measures, enforcement measures, supervision system, etc. These changes will have a far - reaching influence on the police＇ s solving cases. Along with the reform of railway judicial mechanism, it is very important for the railway police to consider how to react to the new regulations, requirements and standards, enforce the power of investigation by law, and adapt to the challenges of criminal investigation in new situations.
