摘 要:目的调查我国部分高校女教师的心理健康状况,以探讨心理压力的成因,为改善和提高高校女教师的心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我国部分高校的1800名女教师进行心理测评。结果不同任教科目、不同职称女教师在心理健康上的差异具有统计学意义;不同教龄的高校女教师在躯体化、强迫、敌对因子上存在显著性差异。结论高校女教师心理健康状况不容乐观,应尽早加强心理干预。This study investigated the mental health status of the female teachers in China's universities so as to explore the cause of their psychological pressure, as well as to provide a scientific basis to improve their psychological health. The Symptom checklist (SCL -90) was used to analyze 1800 female university teachers' psychological health condition. Statistically significant differences were found among the participants in terms of subjects taught, academic titles and salary levels. Differences were also significant with respect to somatization, compulsion, and hostility related to seniority. It is concluded that female university teachers' psychological health is not satisfactory, and immediate psychological intervention is necessary.
