摘　　要：本文旨在探讨形成大学核心竞争力的最终来源,即"元力量"问题。大学核心竞争力由九大要素构成,这些要素的形成与发展需依凭大学校园文化生太平衡。文章在简要讨论校园文化生态平衡的价值、形式表达及平衡的路径基础上,构建了校园文化生态平衡铸就大学核心竞争力的理论与实践模式。This paper aims to investigate the source which contributes to the university＇s core competitiveness, namely original power. The core competitiveness of universities consists of 9 components and their formation and development rely on the balance of campus cultural ecology. Based on the discussion of the value, formation and balance of campus cultural ecology, this paper builds the practical and theoreticaJ model that the campus cultural ecology makes the core competitiveness of universities.
