论检察环节轻刑案件快速审查机制的构建

摘　　要：构建检察环节的轻刑案件快速审查机制,是落实宽严相济刑事政策的重要内容。结合新刑事诉讼法的颁布,检察环节快速审查机制适用的案件范围应当限定于简易程序范围内的轻刑案件。检察机关对轻刑案件的快速审查应当有一系列办案程序、工作方式上的简化要求,同时完善一些相关配套制度,为轻刑案件实现快速及时办理提供有效保障。Constructing the quick review mechanism of light punishment cases in the attorney aspect is an important part of the implementation of the criminal policy of combining punishment with leniency.Combined with the promulgation of the new Code of Criminal Procedure,the scope of the case should be limited to the light punishment cases within the scope of the summary.The Quick review of the procuratorial organs of light punishment cases should have simplified requirements on a series of case-handling procedures and working methods,and at the same time improve the supporting systems to provide effective protection for the light punishment cases to achieve rapid and timely handle.
