我国电子警务的问题研究

摘　　要：电子警务是公安信息化建设的高级发展阶段,也是公安信息化的重要领域之一。与以往的发展阶段不同,实现电子警务将是对传统警务方式和结构的全面改造过程。进入21世纪以来,我国的电子警务事业得以快速发展,但是在推进发展的过程中出现了一些亟待解决的问题。通过对电子警务进行分析,结合电子警务现阶段的实际情况,指出有碍于电子警务施行和发展的一些相关问题,并提出切实可行的改进措施。E-policing is not only the advanced stage of development of the construction of public security information,but also one of the important areas of public security information technology.Different from the previous stage of development,e-policing will be the overall transformation process of the traditional police methods and structure.Since the beginning of the 21st century,China＇s e-policing career has been rapidly developed,but there are some problems to be solved in the process of promoting the development.Through the analysis of e-policing,combined with the actual situation of e-policing at this stage,the paper pointed out some related issues impeded the application and development of e-policing and proposed practical improvements.
