摘　　要：介绍了线路参数测量的重要性和变频测量的原理,并借助电力系统暂态仿真软件ATP-EMTP仿真分析了线路的干扰情况,研究了强干扰情况下准确测量线路工频参数的方法——变频测量技术,现场实测并验证该方法的可行性。The article describes the importance of line parameter measurement and frequency measurement principle,Simulating and analyzing line interference with ATP-EMTP.It also studies on accurate measurement of line-frequency parameters-variable-frequency method under intense interference method,and field tests are made to verify the feasibility of the method.
