摘　　要：随着知识经济的到来与互联网的快速发展,知识管理已经成为数字图书馆管理的新趋势。探讨数字图书馆知识管理的基本程序,构建适合数字图书馆的知识管理模式,并从知识资本、智力资本与能力资本等方面促进数字图书馆的创新发展,力求为数字图书馆知识管理的实施提供新的思路与途径。With the advent of knowledge economy and rapid development of the Internet, knowledge management has become the new trend of digital library management. This paper is intended to discuss the basic procedures for knowledge management in digital library, build knowledge management model which is suitable for digital libraries, promote innovation and development of digital library from the knowledge capital, intellectual capital and capacity capital and strive to provide new ideas and approaches to the implementation of knowledge management in digital libraries.
