摘　　要：介绍了国内图书馆公益性数字资源服务的成绩和存在的问题,以西部地区湘西自治州为例,提出建立公益性数字资源服务的保障机制。The paper introduces the performance and problems about the services of domestic digital resources of public welfare in nature , and proposes establishment of the guarantee mechanism of the services of digital resources of public welfare in nature taking Xiangxi autonomous district as an example.
