摘　　要：定义核心馆员是指那些拥有专业技能、掌握核心资源、胜任关键岗位、促进服务职能发挥和工作目标实现的馆员,阐述核心馆员管理是提升核心竞争力、实施人才强馆战略和遵循客观公正的管理理念,并论述有效管理核心馆员的五个基本策略,以求凝聚核心馆员,形成高校图书馆人才强馆战略发展机制,促进高校图书馆事业健康发展。Based on the strategy of talents library the core librarians should have professional skills and core resources , be competent for the key positions and helpful of developing service functions and realizing the work targets. This paper thinks that management of core librarians is designed to improve the core competitive power, to carry out the strategy of talents library and fol- low the objective and impartial management concept. Meanwhile , five basic strategies to pool the core librarians and forge develop- ment mechanism for the strategy of talents library and promote the healthy development of academic librarianship are discussed.
