摘　　要：高校学生参与到图书馆的工作中,既是当下的热门现象,又是未来的必然趋势。对学生的意义在于培养信息检索意识,训练信息检索方法,树立信息检索道德,同时提升个人素质缓解经济压力。对图书馆的意义在于拉近图书馆与读者的距离,增加图书馆的民主与人文气息,优化图书馆的检索方式。图书馆要对学生进行信息检索课程的填补并注重实践,采用人性化的管理,并与道德结合,积极优化现有资源的配置并拓展硬件设施的来源。It is a popular phenomenon and inevitable trend for students to take part in the daily work of libraries. Its signifi- cance for students lies in developing awareness of information retrieval, training methods of information retrieval, setting up ethics of information retrieval, improving individual qualities and alleviating the economic pressure. Its significance for libraries lies in narro- wing the distance between the library and readers, increasing democracy and cultural atmosphere of the library and optimize the re- trieval methods of libraries, libraries should fill the empty of information retrieval courses and pay attention to practice, taking advan- tage of humane management and the unity of management and moral, and optimize the existing allocation of resources and expand the sources of hardware facilities.
