摘 要:为了减少禁用芳香胺检测过程对大型色谱仪的依赖,提高检测速度,降低检测成本,建立了23种致癌芳香胺的邻甲氧基苯酚显色测定方法。根据芳香胺的结构特征,引入重氮化偶合反应机制,有效考察优化了23种芳香胺重氮化反应和偶合反应过程中的各项条件,得到最佳的反应条件:在室温下,23种芳香胺和亚硝酸钠在pH值为2.56时反应生成重氮盐,加入氨基磺酸铵除去多余的亚硝酸钠后,加入邻甲氧基苯酚与重氮盐偶联显色,显色的最佳pH值范围为10~11,显色反应可以迅速完成,生成的偶氮化合物可稳定180 min以上。方法的线性范围为1~50 mg/L。该方法操作简单易行,可有效地应用于纺织品中23种致癌芳香胺的同时定性筛选检测。In order to reduce the dependence on large-scale chromatographs,improve the detection speed and cut the cost of testing,a chromogenic determination method for 23 kinds of carcinogenic aromatic amines through reacting with guaiacol was developed.According to the structural features of aromatic amines and mechanism of diazo-coupling reaction,all terms of diazo-coupling reaction process were studied and optimized effectively.The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: at room temperature,23 kinds of carcinogenic aromatic amines reacted with sodium nitrite and diazo salt was formed at a pH value of 2.56,and then added ammonium sulfamate,removing the excessive sodium nitrite,guaiacol was added to produce coupling /developing reaction with the diazo salt;the best developing pH ranged from 10 to 11,and developing reaction could be completed quickly,and the resulting azo compound remained stable within 180 min.Linearity was excellent in the concentration range of 1-50 mg/L.This method could be effectively applied to textiles in qualitative screening test of 23 kinds of carcinogenic aromatic amines.
