摘  要:在织造生产中,气流引纬的纬纱光电检测误检测率较高,为此分析了纬纱信号检测处理的一般方法,指出纬纱信号的波动与增益放大电路和阀值比较电路可调电阻的阻值呈随机分布,是造成检测可靠度不高的主要原因,并对可能产生的误判原因进行分析,给出了4种改进方法。实验结果说明,纬纱信号的增益过饱和与欠饱和是造成误判的主要原因,对数字处理方式和模拟方式进行的纬纱信号处理,在放大电路采用增益自动调节的运算放大器是提高检测率的重要手段。During weaving on the air-jet loom,the photoelectric detection of pneumatic weft insertion exhibits higher error rates.This paper analyzed general methods of weft signal detection and processing,and pointed out that the fluctuation of weft signal and the randomly scattered resistance value of the adjustable resistance on the gain amplifying circuit and threshold comparison circuit were the main causes leading to the low reliability of the detection.The reasons causing incorrect detection were analyzed,and four methods for improvement were given.The experimental results revealed that the incorrect detection is chiefly attributed to the super-saturation and under-saturation of the weft signal gain.For weft signal processing by digital mode or analog one,adoption of VGA IC on the amplifier circuit is the important way to improve the detection rate.
