摘 要:在橡胶毯机械预缩过程中,相互作用的2个圆柱辊的特殊结构,使得挤压区域的橡胶毯在挤压时的径向长度难以确定,从而给预缩率的在线测量造成了一定困难。为解决这一问题,分析了橡胶毯受挤压的变形过程,在对该过程作出一定简化的基础上,根据赫兹接触理论建立挤压区域橡胶毯受挤压时径向长度的数学模型。实测结果表明,根据模型计算的变形时径向长度与实际值相对误差均在4%以内,平均绝对百分比误差为2%左右。验证了模型的有效性,为实际生产中实现预缩率的在线测量提供了理论参考。During preshrinking with a rubber blanket preshrinking machine,two special structured cylindrical rollers are interacted with each other so that it is difficult to determine the radial length of the rubber blanket in extrusion area,causing certain difficulties to online measurement of shrinkage.To solve this problem,the deformation process of the rubber blanket when being extruded was analyzed,some simplification of the process was made,and a mathematical model of the radial length of the rubber blanket when being extruded in extrusion area was established according to Hertz contact theory.The practical test results indicated that the relative errors of the radial length between the calculated values by the model and the practical test results are all smaller than 4%,and the mean absolute percentage error is about 2%.The validity of the model is verified.This study has provided a theoretical reference for online measurement of shrinkage in production.
