摘 要:设计了2种不同组织结构的经编织物,将其与非织造布复合作为汽车内饰面料。测试并评价经编布延伸性能,结合注塑工艺对复合前后的织物进行120、140、160、180℃热处理,分析单布及复合布的热收缩性能。结果表明:2种经编布经、纬向动、静态延伸率均在22%~60%之间,具有尺寸稳定性及高回弹性,能满足高档汽车内饰设计型面要求;复合前后织物热缩率均随热处理温度升高而增加,同一温度下,经编单布热缩率纬向大于经向,非织造布经向大于纬向,复合后,织物经、纬向热缩率差距明显缩小,各向异性得到改善。通过提高热定型温度或选择合适的经编组织结构,可以消除高温注塑时出现表面起皱现象。Two warp-knitted fabrics with different structures were fabricated and then compounded with non-wovens,the resulting composite fabrics were used as automotive interior materials.Heat treatment of the knitted fabrics before and after composition was performed in combination with injection molding at 120,140,160 and 180℃,and their thermal-shrinkage properties were tested,respectively.The results show that the dynamic and static extension rate of both warp-knitted fabrics are between 22% and 60%,indicating that they have good dimensional stability and resilience,and can meet the requirements of high-end automotive interiors.The thermal-shrinkage rate of the knitted fabrics before and after composition both increases as heat treatment temperature increases.At the same temperature,the thermal shrinkage rate of warp-knitted fabrics in weft direction is higher than in warp direction,while for non-wovens,the thermal-shrinkage rate in weft direction is lower.After composition,the difference of thermal shrinkage rate of fabrics in both directions is evidently lessened and the anisotropy improved.Raising heat setting temperature or choosing proper warp-knitting structure can eliminate the wrinkling on the composited fabric surface caused by high temperature during injection molding.
