摘　　要：本文阐述了文化艺术信息资源的内涵,深入分析了文化艺术信息资源在当代的社会需求与实现价值,揭示了现有文化艺术信息资源开发模式的不足。在此基础上,阐述了图书馆在文化艺术信息资源开发方面的独特优势及其应发挥的核心作用,提出了构建以图书馆为中心的文化艺术信息资源开发模式的具体设想。The following text introduces the significances of culture and art information resources, further analyses its social needs and practical uses in today＇s society, and points out the defects of its development mode existing. Based on the above, this paper also explains the unique advantages of li- brary in the development of culture and art information resources. It then puts forward a specific idea, where library is the center in developing those re- sources and the construction of developing the culture and art information resources.
