摘 要:探讨代碱固色剂在活性黄M-3RE浸染棉/竹混纺织物中的应用效果,并与传统碱剂纯碱作比较。通过设计正交试验和单因素多水平试验,分析了染色温度、碱剂用量、盐用量、固色时间对染色织物K/S值的影响。结果表明,代碱剂和纯碱影响活性染料上染棉/竹织物得色量的主次因素顺序一致,当代碱剂和纯碱用量一致、盐用量相同时,代碱剂固色可使染色温度降低5~15℃、固色时间缩短45 min,匀染性更佳,产品质量更稳定,可取代传统的纯碱应用于活性染料浸染棉/竹织物。The alkali substitute is applied as a fixing agent to reactive dyeing of cotton/bamboo fabric with yellow M-3RE, and its application result is compared with that of the traditional alkali agent sodium carbonate. The effects of dyeing temperature, alkali concentration, salt dosage and fixation time on the K/S value of the fabric are discussed by orthogonal experiments and single-factor tests. The results show that the sequence of factors inflencing the color yield of the reactive dyeings with the alkali substitute is the same as that with sodium carbonate. With the same alkali and salt concentration, fixing with the alkali substitute can reduce dyeing temperature by 5- 15 ℃, shorten fixation time by 45 min, and improve the levelness and the quality of the product. The alkali substitute can be act as a substitute for sodium carbonate in reactive dyeing of cotton/bamboo fabric.
