摘　　要：采用端基含有环氧基团的水性聚氨酯FS-417作为交联剂,与阻燃剂CP联用,制得环保型耐久磷系阻燃整理剂;探讨FS-417交联剂和阻燃剂CP用量、焙烘温度,整理液pH值等因素对棉织物阻燃效果的影响,得到优化的整理工艺:阻燃剂350 g/L,交联剂50 g/L,180℃焙烘3 min,pH值5～6;纤维保护剂和柔软剂可依据手感要求加入。FS-417 agent is a kind of waterborne polyurethane containing epoxy end group. It is used as a cross-linking agent to prepare eco-friendly and durable phosphorus-based flame retardant agent together with flame retardant agent CP. The effects of dosages of crosslinker FS-417 and flame retardant CP, curing temperature and pH value on flame retardancy of cotton fabric are discussed. The finishing process is optimized as follows： flame retardant 350 g/L, crosslinker FS417 50 g/L, pH value 5 -6, and curing at 180 ℃ for 3 min. The fiber protector and the softener can be added according to the requirements of the handle.
