四苯硼钠沉淀-ICP发射光谱法间接测定药物片剂中扑尔敏含量

摘　　要：研究了等离子体发射光谱法 ( ICP- AES)间接测定药物片剂中扑尔敏的含量。选择了沉淀条件及 ICP- AES测定的最佳条件。在 p H2～ 4 .5范围内 ,当四苯硼钠过量时可完全沉淀扑尔敏。硝酸铝可以使沉淀迅速絮凝而易于过滤 ,测定滤液中的四苯硼钠计算得扑尔敏的含量。方法的相对标准偏差为 2 .2 % ( n=7) ,回收率为 99%～ 1 0 2 % ,已用于实际样品的分析。The method for indirect determination of chlorpheniramine in tablets by ICP AES was studied and the optimal conditions were selected. In the pH range of 2.0～4.5,chlorpheniramine was completely precipitated by excessive sodium tetraphenylborate. The precipitation was accelerated and easily filtered by adding aluminum nitrate.The boron in filtrate was determined by ICP AES for calculating the content of chlorpheniramine in samples. The method was applied in the analysis of chlorpheniramine in tablets with precision of RSD 2.2%( n =7). The recovery is 99%～102%.
