摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合红外线照射治疗压疮的临床疗效。方法选择长期卧床中风合并Ⅲ期压疮患者40例,随机分为治疗组20例(共27处)和对照组20例(共29处),对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗基础上加用针刺联合红外线局部照射治疗。结果治疗21 d后,治疗组总有效率为92.6%,对照组为62.1%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合红外线照射为主治疗压疮疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus infrared radiation in treating pressure sore. Method Forty stroke patients with stage III pressure sore, who had lay in bed for a long time, were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 20 cases （a total of 27 stagelll pressure sores） and a control group of 20 cases （a total of 29 stage TIT pressure sores）. The control group received routine treatment and the treatment group, acupuncture plus local infrared radiation in addition to routine treatment. Result After 21 days of treatment, the total efficacy rate was 92.6% in the treatment group and 62.1% in the control group. The therapeutic effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus infrared radiation has a marked therapeutic effect on pressure gore.
