子午流注纳甲法配合电针治疗颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察子午流注纳甲法配合电针治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法以观察表序号将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用子午流注纳甲法、电针疗法综合治疗,对照组采用与观察组相同的电针治疗。结果治疗1个疗程后统计显示,观察组治愈率、总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),复发率低于对照组。结论运用子午流注纳甲法与电针疗法综合治疗颈椎病具有提高疗效、复发率低等优点。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow method combined with electroacupuncture in treating cervical spondylosis. Method According to the number on observation table, the patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 40 in each group. In the observation group, integrative therapy combining midnight-noon ebb-flow method and electroacupuncture therapy was adopted; same electroacupuncture treatment as in the observation group was used in the control group. Result After a treatment course, statistical analyses showed that the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in comparing recovery rate and total effective rate （P〈0.05）, and the observation group had a relatively lower relapse rate. Conclusion Integrative use of midnight-noon ebb-flow method and electroacupuncture has advantages of improving therapeutic efficacy and lowering relapse rate in treating cervical spondylosis.
