穴位贴敷配合温针灸治疗颈椎病合并冻结肩疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷配合温针灸治疗颈椎病合并冻结肩的临床疗效。方法将96例颈椎病合并冻结肩患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用穴位贴敷配合温针灸治疗,对照组采用常规温针灸治疗,然后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.9%,对照组总有效率为79.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷配合温针灸治疗颈椎病合并冻结肩总有效率明显优于常规温针灸治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application and warm needling therapy in treating cervical spondylosis complicated with frozen shoulder. Method Ninety-six patients with cervical spondylosis and frozen shoulder were randomized into two groups. The treatment group received acupoint application plus warm needling therapy, and the control received ordinary warm needling therapy. The therapeutic efficacies were observed. Result The total effective rate was 97.9% in the treatment group, versus 79.2% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of acupoint application and warm needling therapy is significantly superior to ordinary warm needling therapy in comparing the total effective rate.
