筋结点电针加刺络拔罐治疗肩周炎疗效观察  

Observations on the Efficacy of Electroacupuncture at Affected Soft Tissue plus Pricking-cupping Bloodletting in Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

摘　　要：目的观察筋结点电针加刺络拔罐治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法肩周炎患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例,治疗组采用筋结点电针加刺络拔罐治疗,对照组采用常规取穴针刺加拔罐治疗。结果治疗组治愈率为67.5%,对照组为37.5%,治疗组治愈率优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组第1疗程治愈占70.4%,对照组为33.3%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论筋结点电针加刺络拔罐无论在治愈率还是疗程方面都优于常规取穴针刺加拔罐治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at affected soft tissue plus pricking-cupping bloodletting in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method Eighty patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly allocated to two groups, 40 cases each. The treatment group received electroacupuncture at affected soft tissue plus pricking-cupping bloodletting and the control group, conventional acupuncture plus cupping. Result The cure rate was 67.5% in the treatment group and 37.5% in the control group. The cure rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. After the first course of treatment, the cured cases occupied 70.4% in the treatment group and 33.3% in the control group; it was higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cure rate of electroacupuncture at affected soft tissue plus pricking-cupping bloodletting is higher than that of conventional acupuncture plus cupping after the first course of treatment and at the end of treatment.
