“通脱法”配合阿是穴密集刺治疗髂腰韧带损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察程氏"通脱法"配合阿是穴密集刺治疗髂腰韧带损伤的效果。方法将80例髂腰韧带损伤患者按"不平衡指数最小的分配原则"随机分为两组,分别采用程氏"通脱法"配合阿是穴密集刺法(治疗组)和普通针刺法(对照组)进行治疗。结果两组总体疗效比较,经Wilcoxon秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论程氏"通脱法"配合阿是穴密集刺治疗髂腰韧带损伤疗效优于普通针刺法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Chen＇s unblocking and invigorating acupuncture plus close needling of ashi points in treating iliolumbar ligament injury. Method Eighty patients with iliolumbar ligament injury were randomly allocated, according to the principle of＂minimum distribution imbalance index＂, to two groups. They were treated with Chen＇s unblocking and invigorating acupuncture plus close needling of ashi points （treatment group） and conventional acupuncture （control group）, respectively. Result A Wilcoxon rank test showed a statistically significant difference in the overall therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Chen＇s unblocking and invigorating acupuncture plus close needling of ashi points is more effective than conventional acupuncture in treating iliolumbar ligament injury.
