基于回放技术的某控制板自动测试仪的设计

摘　　要：以某控制板手动测试仪升级改造为例,首先介绍了基于回放技术的电路板计算机自动测试仪的系统组成和工作原理;在此基础上,给出了硬件设计中关键电路的具体实现方法,介绍了软件设计的基本思路和具体测试方法;最后,对计算机自动测试仪使用回放技术的原则、方法和扩展应用给出了几点建议;该研究成果对利用基于回放技术的计算机自动测试系统实现对电路板手动测试仪的升级改造,产品测试的效率提高了1.6倍以上,同时大大降低了手动操作的失误率。The component and operation principle of automated test apparatus based upon playback technology for guide card illustrated with upgrade of manual test apparatus are introduced at first. Based on this, specific implementations of several key circuits, the basic ideas and detail test methods of software design are shown. Finally, some recommendations for the fundamentals, methods and extension application of playback technology for computer automated test apparatus are given. The research of this paper shows high reference value for design of computer automated test apparatus based upon playback technology instead of manual test apparatus.
