摘　　要：介绍了PL300全自动胶质层测定仪的测定原理,阐述了仪器操作过程中有关煤样要求、装杯、对孔及测定等关键步骤,并从煤杯、炉砖、压力盘及热电偶等方面探讨了仪器设备的日常维护。The principle of PL300 full-automatic plastometer determinator was introduced in this paper. The key steps during the process of instrument operation, such as coal sample preparation, sample loading, hole aligning and determination, were described. And routing maintenance of the instrument was discussed from aspects of coal cup, furnace bricks, pressure plate and thermocouple.
