摘　　要：针对大武口洗煤厂金能分厂在生产过程中出现粗煤泥分选底流环节经常堵塞、煤泥水系统中浓缩环节底流泵不上量和压滤机处理能力不足等问题,通过简化工艺和增加后端设备处理能力,改善了工艺系统,提高了浮煤和中煤产品的回收利用率。According to the present problems existed in production process, such as frequent blocks in underflow unit of coarse slime separation, load shortage of underflow pump in concentration unit and insufficient processing capacity of pressure filter, the process optimization and transformation was applied in Jinneng Branch of Dawukou Coal Preparation Plant by simplifying processing and improving processing capacity of back-end equipment, which could increase the recovery rate of float coal and middings product
