摘  要:目的分析慢性化脓性中耳炎合并真菌感染患者的感染真菌种类和不同临床治疗方案的疗效。方法回顾性分析医院耳鼻喉科收治的98例慢性化脓性中耳炎合并真菌感染患者临床资料,将其分为A、B两组进行分析,评估不同治疗方案的临床治疗效果。结果共培养出真菌102株,分为4种:曲霉菌属41株占40.2%,酵母菌属28株占27.4%,毛癣菌属18株占17.6%,青霉菌属15株占14.7%;A组:治愈29例,有效27例,无效4例;B组:治愈12例,有效19例,无效7例;A组的临床治疗效果明显比B组的临床治疗效果好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性化脓性中耳炎合并真菌感染患者的感染真菌种类主要为曲霉菌属、酵母菌属、毛癣菌属和青霉菌属,0.5%聚维酮碘溶液治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎合并真菌感染临床疗效较好,使用方便、安全,值得临床应用。OBJECTIVE To analyze the species of fungi causing infections in the patients with chronic suppurative otitis media combined with fungal infections and observe the efficacies of the different clinical treatment programs.METHODS The clinical data of 98 cases with chronic suppurative otitis media combined with fungal infections were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into the group A and group B,the clinical efficacies of various treatment programs were evaluated.RESULTS A total of 102 strains of fungi were cultivated,including 41(40.2%) strains of Aspergillus,28(27.4%) strains of Microzyme,18(17.6%) strains of Trichophyta,and 15(14.7%) strains of Penicillium.In the group A,there were 29 cases cured,27 cases valid,and 4 cases invalid;in the group B,there were 12 cases cured,19 cases valid,and 7 cases invalid.The clinical effect was better in the group A than in the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).CONCLUSION The Aspergillus,Microzyme,Trichophyta and Penicillium are the predominant species of fungi causing infections in the patients with chronic suppurative otitis media combined with fungal infections.It′s satisfactory to treat chronic suppurative otitis media combined with fungal infections with 0.5% povidone iodine solution.
