感染控制护士在医院感染管理督察中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨感染控制护士查房与绩效考评相结合模式的有效性,为医院感染管理质量工作的持续改进提供方法及依据。方法将感染控制护士查房前后医院感染管理质量中各项指标合格率进行对比,同时将感染控制护士查房结果与绩效考评相结合,对整改情况进行对比分析。结果督察前一次性无菌物品管理、病区环境卫生管理、无菌技术操作规范、医疗废弃物的管理及医务人员手卫生的合格率分别为84.0%、78.0%、82.0%、80.0%及72.0%,督察后分别为96.0%、94.0%、96.0%、94.0%及96.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);整改措施落实率由2009年的77.6%上升至2010年的93.8%。结论感染控制护士的查房及绩效考评综合责任制对提高医院感染管理质量有意义。OBJECTIVE To discuss the efficacy of the controlling nursing ward-round combined with the performance evaluation model,so as to provide bases for the continuous improvement of the quality of hospital infection management.METHODS The positive rates of various indicators for the quality management were compared before and after the infection control nurses checked the wards,the reform status was analyzed and compared by referring the results of the nurses′ checking wards and the assessment of performance.RESULTS The qualified rates of the management of disposable sterile items,environmental health management in ward,the practice of aseptic technique standards,the management of medical waste,and the hand hygiene of the medical staff were respectively 84.0%,78.0%,82.0%,80.0% and 72.0% before the supervision,which were 96.0%,94.0%,96.0%,94.0% and 96.0% after the supervision,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;the rectification measures implementation rate increased from 77.6 % in 2009 to 93.8% in 2010.CONCLUSION The ward rounds of the infection control nurse and the performance assessment and comprehensive responsibility system have great significance in improving the quality of management of nosocomial infections.
