摘 要:化肥中的一些元素具有提高作物抗病性表达的作用。在前人应用硫酸锌防治玉米茎腐病的基础上,研究硫酸锌对玉米自交系抗病性相关酶代谢活性的影响。结果表明,在自交系U8112根系中,苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性得到诱导,活性水平显著增强。在硫酸锌灌根处理中,U8112的PAL和PPO活性分别提高了18.7%和7.0%,两种酶的活性能够维持一个较长的时间。在自交系Mo17中,硫酸锌处理后,PAL和PPO两种酶的活性未见提高。Some chemical elements in fertilizer play a role the reports of maize disease control with zinc sulfate,we inv in increasing resistance of diseases in crops. Based on estigated the active levels of same resistance-related en- zymes under the treatment with zinc sulfate in maize. The results showed that after absorbed zinc sulfate from soil the activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) were increased remarkably in the roots of U8112 ,which was moderately resistant to Pythium root rot. During the time of enzymes up-regulated the lev- el of PAL and PPO activity was 18.7% and 7.0% higher than the control, respectively. The activities of PAL and PPO were not increased in inbred hne Mo 17 after treated with zinc sulfate.
