摘  要:为研究扑草净浓度和低温处理对分蘖期大麦生理生化特性的影响,以0、1.5g/L、3.0 g/L、4.5 g/L的扑草净对保大麦1号进行处理,并测定了SOD活性、POD活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量、相对电导率和O2-产生速率,结果表明:随扑草净浓度的增加和处理温度的降低,大麦所受生理性伤害逐渐加大,扑草净处理对大麦产生的生理伤害导致SOD加速清除活性氧。本研究中扑草净浓度和低温处理时间仍然偏小,并未对大麦产生太大生理伤害,在进一步的试验中可考虑适当加大。The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of prometryne with different concentrations and low tem- perature on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of barley in the tillering stage. The SOD activity, POD activity, soluble protein content, MDA content, proline content, relative conductivity, and O2- producing rate of Bao- damai 1 treated with 0g/L,1.5g/L,3.0g/L,4.5g/L of prometryne were determined. The results showed that the in- jury degree to barley aggravated with the increasing of prometryne concentration and the falling of temperature, and SOD played an important role of clearing active oxygen in the process. Prometryne concentration and treatment time of low temperature should be increased in the following investigations because they were too low to cause more phys- iological injury.
