摘 要:粗粒土在路基工程应用中优点众多,而目前对其工程性状的研究并不深入,无法有效指导工程施工。通过设计和开展室内试验,研究了粗粒土的击实曲线特征,以及不同粗粒含量情况下粗粒土最大干密度的变化规律,并深入分析其根本机理,在此基础上,提出了相关结论:(1)粗粒土干密度随着含水量的增加呈现双峰状态的变化规律;(2)粗粒土干密度对含水量敏感性低;(3)击实功的增加可以有效增加粗粒土的最大干密度,同时减小最佳含水量;(4)粗粒土最大干密度随着粗粒含量的增加呈现单峰状态的变化规律。同时也提出了施工建议:(1)粗粒土碾压时应控制好含水量,当土很干燥时,可以直接碾压,不用另外加水,否则,应控制土中的含水量接近最佳值;(2)通过适当增加压实功,可以有效地提高密实度;(3)可以通过控制最佳粗粒含量的方法,有效提高粗粒土路基压实质量。There are many merits of coarse grained soil on the roadbed construction but there is no profound research on the current project situation. Therefore it is impossible to guide the engineering construction effectively. Through designing and indoor experiments this paper studies the characteristics of grained soil compaction curve, the changing law of grained soil maximum dry density with different coarse grain proportion. In addition, it also conducts insightful analysis on fundamental mechanism based on which several related conclusions are provided: (1) with the increase of water content the grained soil dry density exhibits the changing law of double peak; (2) the sensitivity of grained soil dry density is low to the water content; (3) the increase of compaction work can effectively increase the maximum dry density of grained soil and at the same time reduce the optimum water content; (4) with the increase of coarse grain the maximum dry density of grained soil presents the changing law of single peak. In the meanwhile, construction suggestions are proposed: (1) when grinding grained soil the water content should be under control. When the soil is dry it is all right to grind directly without adding extra water. Otherwise, the water content in the soil should be kept to the optimum figure; (2) appropriately increase the compaction force so as to effectively enhance compactness; (3) the compactness quality of the grained soil can be enhanced through controlling the coarse grain proportion.
