摘 要:目的采取针对性的措施提高广东省碘缺乏病实验室检测能力。方法汇总2001—2011年广东省、市、县(市、区)级疾病预防控制中心参加国家碘缺乏病参照实验室的外质控考核结果,分析广东省碘缺乏病实验室的检测能力,查找不合格的影响因素。结果广东省、市级尿碘实验室反馈率为100%,尿碘考核全省平均合格率为97.4%,除2001、2003、2004和2008年,其余7年合格率均为100%;盐碘实验室除2001和2002年分别有1个市级和1个县级实验室未反馈结果外,其他年份反馈率均为100%,除2001、2002、2003、2004和2008年部分实验室检测结果不合格,其余合格率均为100%,盐碘考核全省平均合格率为96.9%。结论 2001—2011年广东省碘缺病实验室检测能力逐年提升,但还存在波动,需加强人员培训和实验室内部质量控制提高其检测能力。Objective To evaluate the capability of laboratories for iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) for the improvement of the laboratories in Guangdong province.Methods The assessment results of external quality control for IDD laboratories in centers for disease control and prevention at provincial,municipal,and county level were analyzed and the capability in IDD detection and its influencing factors were explored.Results The rates of response for urine iodine detection were 100% for the laboratories at provincial and municipal level during the period of 2001-2011 and with an average qualification rate of 97.4% for all the laboratiories.The detection results were qualified in every year.The response rates for salt iodine detection were 100% except for no responses in 2001 and 2002,with an average qualification rate of 96.9% for the period.Conclusion The capability of the laboratories for IDD in Guangdong province was improved yearly during the period of 2001-2011.But the staff training and internal qulaity control need to be reinforced.
