摘　　要：以19家我国物流业上市公司为研究样本,选用12个财务指标来构建物流业上市公司成长性评价指标体系,利用其2007—2011年的面板数据,采用因子分析法对其成长性进行实证研究。研究结果表明:盈利能力、偿债能力、成长能力、营运能力对物流业上市公司的成长性有较大影响;我国物流业上市公司整体上具有良好的成长性,具有巨大的市场发展潜力。Taking19 listed companies in logistics industry as the sample,and choosing 12 financial indicators to construct the evaluation index system of logistics listed company,this paper uses the panel data of these sample companies during 2007-2011 to study empirically the growth of them by the factor analysis method.The result shows as follows：the capabilities of profit,operation,solvency and growth affect enterprise＇s growth greatly;the good growth capability of logistics listed companies would contribute to the potential development of logistics industry.
