摘　　要：目的探讨308nm准分子激光治疗面颈部白癜风的效果及安全性。方法31例面颈部白癜风患者，共65处皮损，予308nm准分子激光治疗，1周2次，10次、20次、30次后评价疗效并记录不良反应。结果65处皮损痊愈31处，显效27处，有效7处，痊愈率47．7％，总有效率89．2％，平均治疗次数17．8次；病程≤1年的患者治疗效果好，有效率高于病程〉1年的患者[94．3％（33／35）比76．7％（23／30）,X2=4．21，P〈0．05）]。结论308nm准分子激光治疗面颈部白癜风效果好，不良反应小；病程短的疗效佳。Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo in faces and necks. Methods Thirty-one patients with vitiligo in faces and necks （65 lesions）were investigated. The lesions of vitiligo were treated with 308 nm excimer laser two times per week. Efficacies were evaluated every 10 times, 20 times and 30 times. The clinical response to therapy and adverse effects were recorded. Results Totally 3! lesions were cured （47.7%） and the total effective rate was 89.2% ;duration of less than or equal to 1 years of treatnent showed a statistical difference [ 94. 3% （ 33/35 ） vs 76.7% （ 23/30 ） ] （X2 = 4. 21, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The 308 nm excimer laser is safe and effective in treating vitiligo in faces and necks.
