妇幼专业建立围绝经期保健社区服务教学基地的实践

摘　　要：为了顺应医学模式的转变和卫生服务进入社区的需要，各医科大学正在探索本科妇幼卫生专业社区服 务方面的教学模式，教学内容集中于孕产妇和儿童保健。围绝经期保健作为提高中、老年妇女生活质量的关键，是老年型 社会的迫切需求，更是城市社区卫生服务应探索的新方向。文章作者在学校、卫生部门、居委会和广大妇女的支持下，已 完成对社区中年妇女围绝期保健的现况调查和初步宣教，不仅培养了学生对社区群体进行诊断和干预的科研能力和与 个体交流及咨询的服务能力，而且优化了教师的知识结构和教学、科研内容，也将促进社区卫生的长足发展。社区服务教 学基地是医学教育实现“服务、教学和科研相结合”的重要条件，建立围绝经期保健社区服务教学基地是大势所趋。In order to meet the requirement of the medical model change and health service going into the community, each medical university is studying the teaching model of undergraduate course MCH speciality on the community service aspect and the content concentrated on the health care of pregnant and lying-in women. Pert- climacteric health care as the key of raising the living quality of middle -aged and senile women is the exigent requirement of the agedness society and the new direction of studying the community health service in the city. The investigation of the present situation on the middle-aged women's pert-climacteric health care in the community had been finished now with the support of the schools, health departments, inhabitant committee and many women. Not only development the students' scientific and research ability on the diagnosis and intervene and service ability of personal communication and consultation, but also perfect the teachers' knowledge structure and the contents of teaching and science and research and promote the development of the community health. Community service teaching base is the important condition of carrying out the combination the service, teaching and science and research of medical education. It is general trends to set up the community service teaching base of the peri-climacteric health care.
