摘　　要：随着医院信息化建设的不断深入,电子病历在临床上的应用越来越多,人们对其系统安全的要求也不断提高。在分析电子病历安全需求的基础上,初步设计了电子病历系统的安全管理模型,并重点介绍了电子认证在该模型中的具体认证过程,以期对我国医院电子病历的安全管理提供借鉴。With the in-depth development of hospital information construction, the clinical application of electronic medical records are more and more extensive, its network security requirements are constantly improved. Based on the analysis of the security demand of electronic medical records, this paper designed security management model of electronic medical records system, and focusing introduction of this model on the specific certification process , in order to provide reference for safety management of electronic medical records in our country .
