摘　　要：对医院开展糖尿病健康教育工作的内容、模式、组织体系与目的予以阐述分析,并就工作中存在的问题和挑战提出解决对策。提出利用综合性医院的优势建立和完善由医院职能部门、多学科合作、社会参与的糖尿病健康教育模式,加强临床医学工作者与社会公众的教育培训,注重健康教育方法,重视沟通交流技巧的掌握,能系统而有效地开展糖尿病健康教育工作,为糖尿病患者提供优质健康教育服务,促进公民的健康素养。This paper discusses the content,model,organizational system and aim of health education on diabetes in hospitals and proposes solutions to the problems and challenges encountered in practice.It proposes to make use of the advantage of general hospital to establish and perfect a diabetes health education model through collaboration between administrative departments and clinical departments of hospital and social participation,to strengthen the education and training of clinicians and the public,to pay attention to the methods for health education and to communication skills,to system atically and effectively carry out health education on diabetes,providing diabetic patients with high quality health education services and promoting the health literacy of the public.
