摘  要:以16例24周龄至38周龄死亡人胎的基底动脉作材料,用免疫细胞化学方法(ABC法和PAP法)研究某些肽能神经纤维的分布。于光镜下观察到基底动脉壁的外膜中存在血管活性肠肽(VIP)样、P物质(SP)样和生长抑素(SOM)样免疫反应阳性神经纤维。这些神经纤维呈树枝样、爪样、索条样或点状,有些集合成束。在靠近中膜的外弹性膜附近,神经纤维较为密集。但中膜及内膜未发现神经纤维。不同周龄胎儿的基底动脉壁中,此三种免疫反应阳性纤维的分布区域和型式无明显差异。The distributions of some peptidergic nerve fibers in the basilar artery of sixteen cases of human fetuses from twenty-two to thirdty-eight week by employing immunocytochemical (ABC and PAP) technique were studied. We observed that the vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP)-like, the somatostatin(SOM)-like, and the substance-P(SP)-like immunoreactive nerve fibers appeared in the tunica adventitia of the basilar artery. Most of these fibers arranged along the external elastic lamina which was adjacent to the tunica media, but no immunoreactive(IR) nerve fibers were found in the tunica media and the tunica intima. The IR nerve fibers were in the shape of twig, claw, cord, and point-like, or forming a string of beads. In the fetus with varied week in our study, no obvious difference about the distributions and the pattern of these three kinds of peptidergic nerve fibers in the basilar artery was observed. According to present result and the biological activities of VIP, SP, and SOM, the effects of these peptidergic nerve fibers in the regulation of the blood flow of the brain were discussed.
