摘  要:随着聚乙醇缩丁醛(Polyvinyl butyral,PVB)膜片在汽车挡风玻璃、建筑用安全玻璃以及太阳能光伏封装等领域的广泛应用,废旧PVB膜片大量产生。因原料来源、成本及环境问题的严峻性,废旧膜片的回收利用越来越受到人们的关注。本文综述了国内外回收废旧PVB膜片的再生利用研究与应用现状,对回收PVB膜片脱色再生以及利用再生PVB膜片作塑料增韧剂、高分子复合材料及涂层或粘结剂等的应用研究进行了分析与归纳,在此基础上提出了未来废旧PVB膜片综合利用与改性研究的建议。A large number of waste Poly(vinyl butyral) (PVB) films have been produced with widely application of PVB films in the field of car windshields, building safety glass and solar photovoltaic package. The recycling and reusing of waste PVB films is being drawn more and more attention due to the issues of raw materials, cost and environment pollution. In this paper, the current situation of research and application is reviewed in reusing of the recycled PVB films. The researches on this area are summarized and analyzed from many aspects, such as decolorization of colored PVB films, making waste PVB films as toughening agent of plastics, preparing PVB composites and dissolving waste PVB as coating or adhesive. The advice is proposed to the research on the reusing and modification of waste PVB films in the future.
