摘　　要：2012年1月25日，联合国环境规划署（UNEP）、开发计划署（UNDP）、粮农组织（FAO）、经济和社会事务部（DESA）、国际海事组织（IMO）、世界自然保护联盟（IUCN）、世界渔业中心（WorldFishCenter）等机构联合发布了“蓝色世界里的绿色经济”综合报告。该报告通过对渔业和水产养殖业、海洋交通运输业、海洋可再生能源业、滨海旅游业、深海矿业等以海洋为基础的经济活动为实例的分析，阐述并提出了一系列发挥其经济和环境潜能的建议。The United Nations Environment Programme （UNEP）, the Food and Agriculture Organisation （FAO）, the International Maritime Organisation （IMO）, the United Nations Development Programme （UNDP）, the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs （DESA）, the IUCN Global Marine Programme and the World Fish Center jointly issued a comprehensive report ＂Green Economy in a Blue World＂ on January 25, 2012. Through analyzing the fisheries and aquaculture, maritime transportation, marine renewable energy industry, coastal tourism, deep-sea mining and other ocean-based economic activities, the report elaborated on and put forward a series of suggestions on how to tap their economic and environmental potential.
