摘　　要：依据对青岛地区高校单身教师抽样调查的数据和为他们的婚恋进行牵线搭桥工作的实践,分析驻青高校普遍存在的单身教师择偶问题,发现部分高校单身教师"择偶难"的原因可归结为社会环境因素和个体行为因素两大类。为此,应从理论、机制、教育、服务等层面对高校单身教师,尤其是大龄单身女教师"择偶难"现象进行适当的干预。Based on the sample survey data to single college teachers in Qingdao and the practice of bridging them for love and marriage, the authors analyze the ubiquitous issue of mate selection of single college teachers in Qingdao. That difficult to some single college teachers to find a friend for marriage is down to social environment factors and the behavior of the individual. Therefore, it is very necessary to intervene appropriately from the level of theory, mechanism, education, service etc.
