白药膏外敷治疗颈部放射线皮肤损伤90例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察白药膏外敷治疗颈部放射线皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取90例颈部放射线皮肤损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C三组各30例。A组设为空白对照组;B组为呋喃西林对照组,使用呋喃西林纱布湿敷;C组为白药膏治疗组,根据皮肤损伤大小外敷白药膏,1次/d,10次为1疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗2个疗程后,C组患者皮肤疼痛程度明显降低,渗出液减少或无渗出液,创面基本恢复正常,无一例发生感染。A组总有效率46.6%,B组总有效率76.6%,C组总有效率93.0%,白药膏治疗组与呋喃西林对照组和空白对照组比较,其临床疗效更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白药膏外敷具有促进颈部放射线皮肤损伤愈合的作用,具有良好的消肿、止痛、防脱皮效果,可显著改善放射线皮肤损伤。Objective:To explore the effect on treating necked dermal radio lesions with special white eream topical.Methods:90 necked demal radio lesions patients were divided into 3 groups randomly A,Band C groups.A group was the blank control without any treatment.B group was treated with furacilin through moist packing.C group was treated with special white cream of topical treatment.Results: After the treatment of special white cream,the wounds were iess pain and healed.The totad rffective rate of A,Band C group is 46.7%,73.3%and 93.3%.The clinical effect of C group was significantly better than A and B groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Topical treatment of special white eream therapy could alleviate pain and enhance wound healing in managing dermal radio lesions.
