外科重症病人术后应用川芎嗪血液流变性观察

摘　　要：报导３８例外科重症病人术后，应用川芎嗪注射液的研究。本组３８例病人分别在川芎嗪注射前、注射后２小时和注射后１２小时测定血液流变学指标，结果表明用川芎嗪２个小时后，病人发生较明显的血液流变学指标改善。这对临床上的高危的外科病人有一定的临床治疗参考意义。The hemorheological changes in critical post-surgical patients treated Ligusticum Chuanxiong were studied in 38 cases.The Results showed that critical Post-surgical patients had obvious changes in heomheology indexes and were obviously different after 2 hours and 12 hours using Ligusticum chhuanxiong injeation. It suggests traditional Chines medicine 'Ligusticum Chuedong' in improving blood hemorheology may be importance for treating critical surgical patients.
