摘　　要：目的　研究不同日龄新生儿茶碱药动学。方法　采用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定 2 0例新生儿茶碱血药浓度 ,氨茶碱剂量按 5mg·kg-1恒速静滴。经时采样 ,测得数据 ,用 3P87程序处理数据 ,以一室开放模型拟合 ,A组为 7d以内早产儿 ,B组为 7d以内的足月儿 ,C组为 8例 8～ 2 7d足月儿。结果　药动学参数Ke ,t1/ 2 ,Vd 和CL分别为 :A组 (0 .0 31± 0 .0 0 7)h-1,(2 3±5 )h ,(0 .82± 0 .2 2 )L·kg-1,(2 5± 8)ml·h-1·kg-1;B组 (0 .0 2 9± 0 .0 0 6 )h-1,(2 5± 5 )h ,(0 .86± 0 .13)L·kg-1,(2 5± 6 )ml·h-1·kg-1;C组 (0 .0 40± 0 .0 0 8)h-1,(18± 3)h ,(0 .78± 0 .14)L·kg-1,(31± 5 )ml·h-1·kg-1。结论　A组与C组 ,B组与C组的Ke,t1/ 2 值经方差分析有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics of theophylline in different groups of infants.METHODS The serum concentrations of theophylline were determined in 20 cases of infants by fluorescence polarization immunoassay.Group A was 1～7 day old premature;Group B was 1～7 day old term neonate;Group C was 8～27 day old term neonate.RESULTS The values of Ke,t 1/2 , V d and Cl were (0.031±0.007) h -1 ,(23±5) h,(0.82±0.22) L·kg -1 ,(25±8) ml·h -1 ·kg -1 ,respectively in group A;(0.029±0.006)h -1 ,(25±5) h,(0.86±0.13)L·kg -1 ,(25±6) ml·h -1 ·kg -1 in group B;(0.040±0.008) h -1 ,(18±3) h,(0.78±0.14) L·kg -1 ,(31±5) ml·h -1 ·kg -1 in group C.CONCLUSION The values of K e, t 1/2 of group A and group B were significantly different from group C ( P <0.05).
