摘 要:面对一份有效的水产品订单,水产养殖户签约决策是订单因素、水产养殖户和签约环境因素综合作用的结果。水产养殖技术微观扩散水平、水产养殖物资及产出价格主观预期、水产养殖市场发育程度、养殖水产品合同定价机制和签约数量是影响水产养殖户最优签约养殖行为的关键因素。一旦水产养殖户签约参与订单生产,经济利润最大化的目标追求将促使其增加生产要素的投入,进而带动其产出水平的提升。鼓励和支持水产品龙头企业切实推介有效保障水产养殖户经济利益的渔业订单,能够在宏观层面起到扩大水产养殖规模、提高养殖水产品产能的作用。The decision of aquaculture households' participation in contract fishery is affected by contract factors,aquaculture households and environmental factors when aquaculture households face an effective aquatic product contract.The microscopic diffusion level of aquaculture technology,the expected price of aquaculture goods and output,the development degree of aquatic product market,the contract pricing mechanism and the signed quantity of aquatic products are the key factors affecting the optimal contract behavior of aquaculture households.Once the aquiculture households participate in contract fishery,their pursuit of the maximum economic profits will induce the expansion of the aquaculture investment scale and the increase of aquaculture output.In order to enlarge the scale of aquaculture and increase the capacity of aquaculture production,we should encourage and support the aquatic leading enterprises to provide valid fishery contracts which can ensure the economic benefits of aquaculture households.
